Exodus 16

Exodus 16 is the grumbliest chapter in the Bible. On one hand, the people’s anxiousness makes sense: they’re hungry, not knowing where their next meal is coming from. On the other hand, God’s recent track record of faithfulness should speak for itself. So God tests the people with a plan to show his abundance but keep their dependence.
