Prayer and Praise Items
Church Family and Friends:
Pray that these loved ones from our church family would know the presence of our Heavenly Father each day and that they would experience afresh the exceeding riches of God’s love and grace - Candy Foster, Karin Iversen Johns, Pat Whitworth's brother
Please continue to pray for our recently immigrated Newcomer Family the Eltouls, Asha (mom), Nidal, Najwa, Ismail and Abrar. Please pray that Ismail would be able to find a job and for larger living accomodations for the family.
Please remember our Missions Team - Ruthann Robinson, Shirley Hazelton, Ron Schmidt, Kyle Nelstead, Becky Nelstead, Brian Johnson Pray for the missions team as they connect with the FLEFC missionaries. Pray they would be a listening ear to get to know and understand current situations our missionaries are facing. Pray they would genuinely encourage them in their work for the Lord.
Please pray for Johnston Heights Church - EFC in Surrey Pray they would effectively make Jesus known in every community they are placed in. Pray for the leading of the Holy Spirit so that believers would grow in maturity in their faith.
Missionary Focus This Week
Please pray for Baja Vision Ministries - Mexico Missions: Pray for the families who FLEFC has built homes for. Pray that they would not forget that Jesus is the reason why our team built their home for them. Pray for Serjio Gomez and Teniellw Lyttle who run Baja Vision Ministries in Tijuana. Pray for the children in the city of angels Orphanage that they would come to know Jesus as their Saviour. Pray for groups who visit that they listen to the needs and not visit and just do what they would like to do, rather do what actually helps the people there.
Julie Bohni: Young Life Julie has a vision to reach the unchurched for Christ as she builds relationships with middle school aged kids in the Langley area. Pray she will have godly wisdom to speak into the lives of these youth and for them to be impacted in their daily lives to turn to Christ as their friend. Pray also for Julie as she works at RockRidge camp in the summers in camp ministry.
