On Sunday, July 14 there will be a vote for Dameon Lorensen to be the chair of the search team for the youth/young adults pastor, in a brief meeting after the service.
We are graciously asking members to prioritize being present on Sunday July 14 to have quorum for the vote.
Sports Camp Spotlight
It has been a wonderful start of the week. We have many familiar faces and many new faces from the community. I have seen awesome moments of our FLEFC kids sharing their hearts for Jesus and what He does in their lives. They are learning the important skill of applying the characteristics of Jesus to their relationships with their old friends and new friends too! One boy when asked, "What would you ask Jesus?" answered, " I would tell Him how much I love Him!" So great!
Another God moment was when a boy saw a Bible on a table and asked if he could have it. I told him we couldn't give that Bible away because Bibles are very special to the person. God used this opportunity to open the conversation. I then asked if he owned a Bible, he said that he use to, so I told him that we will make sure he has his own special Bible (that the leaders will write some encouragement in). God's timing is wonderful! We are running this camp to share His word, and give Him all glory. What a humbling and loving moment to remember that He walks with us through it all. What an amazing friend we have in Him.
Thanks to those praying over the kids and leaders this week and a special thank you to our prayer warriors: Donna Smeed, Shelly Isaak, Ernie Ellis and Eleanor Christopherson for dedicating time this week to cover us in prayer. Looking forward to seeing God work this week and thanks so much for the opportunity to serve in this way.

Please pray for New West Korean Church. Pray for Billy and Esther Do to serve their church congregation with wisdom and grace. Pray for the congregation to have a solid foundation in the Word of God and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Missionary Focus This Week
Wagner Hills Ministries - Pray for Wagner Hills Farm and the men who are living at the farm. Some are new to the facility. Pray that the Holy Spirit would work in their hearts and the chains of bondage would be broken through time spent with others who can help them there. One of the things taught at Wagner Hills farms is that "Everyone is a Child of God First". May they feel the LOVE of Jesus all around them as they work on healing the wounds and scars that have held them in bondage and may they become free of their addiction. Also pray for their families; some who are separated from their children and wives.
Bruce & Raewyn Wiebe - Wycliffe Bible Translators - Bruce is working on Bible tranlation and alphabet for Nigeria, while Raewyn works on partnership development with Wycliffe from home in Canada. Bruce develops alphabets for Africa languages in Nigeria. Pray for Bruce in his travels to and from Africa, in the ongoing alphabet development and in networking. Pray for Raewyn to be able to develop training programs to partner with other missionaries so that they can better move forward in their work.
