Our church hosted the Ride for Refuge this past Saturday. We had nearly 350 people come to walk or ride and raise money to help displaced or vulnerable people. Bikes were cycled, pavement was pounded, chili was delicious, and nearly $80,000 was raised to support 20 different charities! It was a fantastic time for participants and volunteers alike, and we are thankful to the Cloverdale Community Kitchen for spearheading the organization of volunteers, signups, road markers, and innumerable other details so essential for the smooth success of the day.
Thanks for everything and we'll see you again next year!
